improve the circulation  Baths Circuits  Finnish Bath  Treatment based on humid heat and

eucalyptus essence, its use is perfect for the correction of problems in skin and/ or

breathing, it helps to clean the skin. Average temperature: 45o  Turkish bath  Treatment of

semi-dry heat, it contributes to the elimination of toxins through the perspiration, and it is

an excellent relaxing treatment. Its temperature oscillates between 55o and 60o.  Sauna Bath 

Treatment of dry heat, its temperature is of 80o approximately. It is stimulant, revitalizing

and excellent to eliminate tensions and to achieve a muscular relaxation.  Scottish shower:

the relaxation of the muscular tensions.  Hydromassage.  It consists on a bath of immersion of

water combined with salts, oil or essences. The temperature of the water should not overcome

the 38o and the time of duration is 20-25 minutes. It is very relaxing and its benefits are

very important: it fights pains in the articulations and muscular pains, it alleviates

headaches and nervous states and it also helps the skin care.  Ozonetherapy  It is carried out

with a mobile equipment of steam-ozone, it produces a pleasant relax sensation and you can also

obtain important benefits because it increase the blood watering, it causes perspiration so you

eliminate toxins. The cellular oxygenation increases and it has an important germicide and

disinfectant effect.  Reflexology  Each part of the body that is reflected in an area of the
